Ashley Francis has over 35 years of commercial experience, excelling as an entrepreneur due to his innovative and entrepreneurial flair. He played a pivotal role in creating the corporate structure that facilitated the largest single real estate sale in South Africa's history at the time, valued at R7 billion.

Sumayyah Akoodie has experience in ESG, portfolio and property management. She holds a Masters in Real Estate and has worked for the Public Investment Corporation, focusing on unlisted investments in the student accommodation and property sectors across South Africa and the rest of Africa. She played a key role in the establishment and enhancement of the ESG unit at the PIC, which is an important strategic pillar for the asset manager. Her expertise includes ESG due diligence, impact assessments, monitoring the success of ESG strategies, and stakeholder reporting.
